Annotation

The goal of the project is to substantiate the strategic direction and develop mechanisms for the formation of a “green” economy in the oil and gas complex of Kazakhstan in conditions of limited resources, based on resource conservation.

Project objectives:

1. Develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the resource-saving use of oil and gas raw materials.
2. Carry out an analysis of the existing production potential of the oil and gas complex and justify the need for the formation and development of a “green” economy in the oil and gas complex.
3. Develop organizational, economic, regulatory and legislative mechanisms for the formation of a “green” economy in the oil and gas complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Expected results:

– development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the resource-saving use of oil and gas raw materials;

– justification of the need to form a “green” economy in the oil and gas complex based on resource conservation;

– development of organizational, economic, regulatory and legislative mechanisms for the formation of a “green” economy in the oil and gas complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
