The Council of Young Scientists is an advisory and advisory working body that coordinates the scientific activities of young scientists and specialists working at the Institute.
The Council is composed of young scientists and specialists of the Institute under the age of 40.
The Council is accountable to the Director General and the Academic Council of the Institute.
In its activities, the Council is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Science” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Regulation.
The mission of the Institute’s Council of Young Scientists is to stimulate and support scientific research through attracting and retaining talented young professionals, representing their interests and promoting their professional growth in the research and social spheres.

- Attracting and retaining talented youth:
- Organizing events aimed at popularizing science among students and young professionals.
- Creating attractive conditions for young scientists, including scholarships, grants and support programs.
- Development of research activities:
- Facilitating the participation of young scientists in national and international conferences, seminars and scientific forums.
- Support for initiatives to publish scientific articles and monographs in prestigious journals.
- Professional development and professional growth:
- Organization of trainings, master classes and lectures from leading experts in various fields of science.
- Assistance in internships and exchange programs with leading research centers and universities.
- Formation of a scientific community and a network of contacts:
- Holding regular meetings, round tables and discussions for the exchange of experience and knowledge.
- Creation of a platform for interaction and cooperation between young scientists of various specialties and directions.
- Support for innovative projects and startups:
- Stimulating the development and implementation of innovative projects and startups.
- Providing advisory and resource support for the implementation of promising ideas and projects.
- Improving the social protection of young scientists:
- Development and implementation of social support programs, including health insurance, housing and other benefits.
- Assistance in solving everyday and social problems faced by young scientists.
- Promotion of scientific achievements and popularization of science:
- Organization of popular science events, science festivals and open lectures for a wide audience.
- Dissemination of information about the achievements of young scientists through the media and social networks.
- Performance assessment and monitoring:
- Regular analysis of the results of the Council’s work and adjustment of the strategy based on the data obtained.
- Implementation of a feedback system to consider the opinions and suggestions of young scientists.
