Abstract

The aim of the project is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations on the selection of strategic directions, improvement of institutional approaches and mechanisms to increase opportunities and access of women to quality employment in Kazakhstan.

Project objectives:

1st stage, 2024. – to conduct a theoretical review of approaches to selecting strategic directions for expanding opportunities and women’s access to quality employment;

2nd stage, 2025. – to develop and test methodological approaches to assess women’s opportunities and access to quality employment in Kazakhstan;

3rd stage, 2026 – To develop strategic directions, institutional approaches and mechanisms to expand women’s opportunities and access to quality employment in Kazakhstan.

Expected results:

Stage 1, 2024 – a theoretical review of approaches to selecting strategic directions for expanding women’s opportunities and access to quality employment will be conducted;

Stage 2, 2025 – methodological approaches to assessing women’s opportunities and access to quality employment in Kazakhstan will be developed and tested;

Stage 3, 2026 – strategic directions, institutional approaches and mechanisms for expanding women’s opportunities and access to quality employment in Kazakhstan will be developed.
