Alibekova Gulnaz Zhanatovna delivered a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of the Forum and participated in the discussion on raising scientific literacy among the population, organised by the Chinese Association of Popular Science Writers and the Chinese Institute for the Popularisation of Science.  It is essential to note that the memorandum of understanding was signed between the International Center for Scientific Collaborations (Kazakhstan) and the Association of Popular Science Writers (China). 

The organisers of the Forum discussed topical issues of science popularisation and also developed recommendations for joint efforts.
