An International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “The Economy of the Future: Synergy of Innovation and Digital Technologies in Sustainable Development” was held at Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. The event was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the distinguished economist and scholar, Professor Abilda Amirkhanovich Alimbayev.

The conference brought together leading experts to discuss pressing issues related to digital transformation and the sustainable development of the economy. Participants exchanged professional experience and presented the results of their research across key areas of contemporary economic science.

Representing the Institute of Economics at the conference were Doctor of Economics, Professor N.K. Nurlanova and Doctor of Economics, Professor A.T. Tleuberdinova.

On behalf of the Institute of Economics, the scholars conveyed their warm congratulations and best wishes to the юбilee honoree. In their remarks, they highlighted Professor Alimbayev’s significant contribution to the advancement of economic science in Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of such scientific forums in strengthening inter-institutional academic cooperation.
