The Institute of economics of the Committee of science of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites you to take part in the International scientific and practical online conference «Innovative and intellectual development of Kazakhstan’s regions in the context of Industry 4.0».

Date: July 09, 2021.

Location: ZOOM platform (online mode).

Within the framework of the conference, it is planned to discuss the main problems and measures to solve the key tasks of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.-Zh. Tokayev «Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action» dated September 1, 2020, aimed for increasing complexity and technological effectiveness of the economy and the intellectual capital development of the country.

The conference program includes the following issues:

  •  challenges and opportunities of Industry 4.0 for the innovative and intellectual development of Kazakhstan’s regions;
  •  technological modernization of the economy and development of the scientific and technological space of the country;
  •  increasing and realizing the intellectual potential of Kazakhstan’s regions;
  •  development of Kazakhstan’s national innovation system;
  •  balanced territorial development.

The conference will be attended by well-known local and foreign scientists, representatives of state authorities, universities, business, the public, doctoral students and undergraduates. The conference materials will be published as a scientific publication.

A collection of articles will be published as a result of the conference.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLE FORMAT

The original author’s article is accepted for publication.

The text of the article. A separate file from 4 to 6 pages. Paper size – A4, single line spacing. All fields are 2 сm. Pages should not be numbered.

The article title in capital letters (bold font, 14 pt, center alignment). Through a line in lowercase letters – academic degree and academic title, initials and last names of the authors (14 pt, center alignment). Below (in italics) – organization name, city, country (14 pt, center alignment). After a single interval, an abstract (no more than 5 lines) follows and after a single interval – keywords (up to 6 words and phrases) (14 pt, alignment to the page width). A single spacing is followed by text.

Text options: Times New Roman font, size – 14 pt, paragraph indentation – 1 cm, alignment to the page width, spacing before and after the paragraph – 0 pt, automatic hyphenation.

Figures, tables should be located in the text. An example of the figure title design: Figure 1 – The level of innovation activity in Kazakhstan (center alignment). An example of the table title design: Table 1 – Indicators of innovation activity by size of enterprises (alignment to the left).

References: out-of-text (located at the end of the text). For example, in the text of the article: [1, p. 104–107]; out-of-text: Brimbetova N. Zh. Modernization of the territorial development of Kazakhstan: methodology and priorities [Text]. – Almaty: Institute of Economics of SC MES RK, 2011. – 229 p. Out-of-text references are formatted as a list numbered in Arabic numerals at the end of the article in the order in which references to sources appear in the text of the article, the list begins with words «References».

For texts in Russian: through a line from the text, the article title should be contained in capital letters, below the last name and initials of the author(s) (14 pt, center alignment), abstract and keywords in English (14 pt, alignment to the page width). Articles will be published in the author’s edition. The author is responsible for the article content.

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet the requirements.
