On September 11, 2025, the Institute of Economics of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a discussion of the Address of the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the people of Kazakhstan entitled “Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Their Solutions through Digital Transformation.”

During the discussion, leading scholars and young researchers of the Institute shared their views on the priority areas of the Address, and the main fields of economic research aimed at implementing the tasks set forth in the Address were identified.
