Director General of the “Institute of Economics” of the Committee of Science, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor.
In 1994, she graduated with honors from the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, specializing in Economics and Management in the light and textile industries. In 2001, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “Small business and its prospects in the region: problems and methods of assessing the level of development (on the example of the Southern region of Kazakhstan) (08.00.05, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University).
In 2010, she defended her doctoral thesis on the topic: “State regulation and organization of innovation activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan: theory, methodology and practice” (08.00.05, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University).
From 1997 to December 2023, she worked at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as: postgraduate student (1997-2000), assistant (2000-2002), senior lecturer (2002-2004), associate professor (2004-2012), Acting professor (2012-2018 d-d), Head of the Department of Management (2018-2023).
The number of scientific papers, publications, monographs, textbooks is over 160, including: 4 monographs (1 alone), 8 textbooks (4 alone), 1 textbook (co–authored), 11 articles in publications from the Scopus database, 2 – WoS, 33 articles in journals recommended by Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There are 3 Copyright certificates on entering information into the state register of rights to copyrighted objects (No. 0067 dated 08.01.2018, No. 1709 dated 12.02.2019 and No. 12356 dated 06.10.2020).
She participated as a developer and responsible executor in 13 fundamental and applied scientific projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In2005, he was the winner of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University competition”The BestYoungScientist”.

In 2019, she was awarded the badge “S. Altynsarin” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for significant achievements in the education and upbringing of the younger generation. In 2019, she became the owner of the state scientific scholarship for scientists and specialists who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology.
She improved her qualifications in the UK, London (2008, 2018), the Russian Federation, Moscow, Belgorod (2019, 2021). Academic mobility: lectured in the Russian Federation, Belgorod (2019), RB, Minsk (2021), RUKokand (2021), Moscow (2023).
She was the scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University of Economics (2019-2021), deputy editor of the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. The Economic series” (2019 – 2021). Chairman of the Dissertation Council of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the field of training “8D041 – Business and Management” (from 2021 to 2024, June).
