According to the Rules for awarding academic titles (associate professor,
Professor), approved by Order No. 128 of the Minister of Education and Science
of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011, subject to amendments and
additions by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, the Academic Council places a certificate and a list of scientific
papers of the Head of Regional Economy and Innovative Department the results of
the research of Zaira T. Satpayeva for the assignment of the academic
title – associate professor (associate professor) in the specialty 08.00.00 –
“Economics”. The following documents are attached:
